This program invites educators from local schools in Europe and America that
teach the children of Japanese company employees, and is a part of the effort
to facilitate the local activities of Japanese companies located overseas.
The aim was for educators from Europe and America to become familiar with Japanese
culture, history, and society through school visits, homestays, and sightseeing
so they could better understand Japan and utilize that understanding in the
classroom.
